Every athlete is different. As a training plans differ between people, so must nutrition.
I offer a robust, personalised 12 week support package that aims to educate you on how to maximise your training week, essentially ensuring that it fits into your daily life with work and family. If needed, we will also discuss race /competition fuelling strategy's. See steps 1-4 below.

We will use the SEN pro nutrition support app to record dietary intake, document consultation discussions and provide 100's of recipes to help you fuel your day with the variety of foods you need.

My aim is to ensure by the end of 12 weeks you are educated and able to manage your own nutrition and understand how to adapt it as training changes over the year.
